I have worked at Kearney, McKinsey & Company, and Alvarez & Marsal, advising clients on growth strategy, commercial due diligence, operating model transformation, and post-merger integration. I have worked directly with CEOs, CFOs, private equity investors, and senior leadership teams on high-stakes strategic decisions.
I have also supported consulting recruiting through CV reviews and candidate interviews, giving me perspective from both sides of the hiring process.
What makes my coaching different: I do not just teach candidates how to “crack the case.” I help them develop the behaviours interviewers actually look for: structured thinking, confident communication, commercial judgement, strong synthesis, and the ability to handle pushback under pressure.
