Hello, I am Isabel!
I started my career in strategy consulting at Roland Berger and later joined Kearney, where I currently work. Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in strategy, operating model, and transformation projects across different industries, and I now work primarily in the Middle East.
During my time at Roland Berger, I was also involved in recruiting activities, including CV screening and participating in interviews, which gave me first-hand insight into how candidates are evaluated beyond what’s written on paper.
