During my tenure at McKinsey & Company, I led and contributed to approx 15 projects. I designed a KPI-driven performance framework for a travel company, enabling enhanced operational visibility and decision-making. For an e-commerce client, I developed a model for building up a parcel network from scratch. Additionally, I worked on a broad range of corporate finance topics. I was deeply involved in private equity (PE) and due diligence (DD), as well as in the activist investor service line. As part of the local office recruitment efforts, I was engaged in prepping high-potential candidates ahead of their official interviews.
