From electronics engineer to BCG consultant in 3 months
I studied Industrial Engineering at a public university in Spain and specialized in Electronics Engineering. I only learned what consulting was about six months before I was joining BCG. I had no friends or contacts within MBB.
I prepared myself in three months and received an offer from the 4/4 consulting companies I had interviewed with. I learned to “cut out the noise” and focused on what recruiters are looking for.

Within BCG I was head of recruiting for my alma mater university and actively collaborated with other schools recruiting. I was involved in both CV screening as well as interviewing potential candidates. I have seen 100+ candidates and clearly spotted the patterns that make them succeed or fail.

After 3,5 years at BCG, and significant success (early promotion to Consultant, sponsored into Columbia’s MBA …), I decided I was ready to pursue my lifetime dream, founding my own startup. This is what I am currently working on, while, as a side gig helping candidates like you, get into MBB!
2. ABOUT MY METHOD
Forget frameworks, focus on First Principles
I read Case in Point (M. Consentino) and Case in Point (V. Cheng), as well as many blogs, and videos… and realized all of these are pretty much USELESS. Recruiters are tired of hearing the same frameworks over and over, and trying to fit a case within a pre-defined framework will only make you more NERVOUS.
My method focuses on teaching you how to define your own framework for each case (just like consultants do on their cases), by focusing on the FIRST PRINCIPLES (MECE, falsifiability…)
1:1 coaching / partnering + extensive coverage
