Applicants divided into non-urgent and urgent cases, with proposed plans for each:
For non-urgent cases (interview in more than a month)
1) We'll have an intro call that will include:
- A day zero talk: we'll cover where to start, what's important, etc.
- An initial interview, including fit and case, the objective is to highlight candidate strengths and improvement areas
2) we'll work on getting the candidate paired with an interview practice peer
3) We'll have one-on-one Check-in interviews, depending on need (will keep down to minimum), with detailed feedback and progress check at each interview
For urgent cases (interview in less than a month, the less time the more urgent):
1) We'll have a day zero interview (fit and case), this will show any gaps left to work on
2) We'll do more interviews one-on-one (as needed by the candidate) and focus on specific improvement areas
