I actually worked at Revolut and I've spent years as a product executive in fintech. Most Revolut prep online is reverse-engineered from forums and second-hand reports. My coaching approach comes from the standards and cultural bar I lived with inside Revolut, the McKinsey experienced-hire rigor from my consulting years, and real product leadership, so my coaching comes from the builder's seat, not theory.

Track record with my Revolut coachees for Strategy, Ops, Finance and Product roles:

  • Bar Raiser: 100% pass rate
  • Product Skills: 100% pass rate
  • Problem Solving: 80% pass rate
  • I also coach the other loop rounds (Team Fit, People Management, other Skills rounds)

Most of my Problem Solving coachees come back for the rest of the process once they pass their first round, because I'm the one coach who takes them through every stage from the inside, not just the case.

Revolut, the full process:

  • Problem Solving: structuring real business problems the way Revolut does, with the scalability and unit-economics lenses that actually get tested. No canned frameworks.
  • Product Skills: the Product Owner interview specifically. I've led product teams myself, so I coach you to move from strategy talk to real builder intuition, the exact shift this round tests.
  • Bar Raiser: calibrating your stories to the "Never Settle" bar so you clear the final round.
  • Final rounds: Team Fit, People Management/Hiring.

McKinsey, experienced-hire track:

  • Case interview tuned for lateral hires: the synthesis and "so what" expected of someone senior.
  • Personal Experience Interview: mapping your real history to what McKinsey scores on leadership and impact.

If you want prep from someone who's actually sat inside Revolut and McKinsey, not just read about them, let's talk.

Interview Coaching
Virginia coached me through the whole Revolut product loop, problem solving, product sense and the bar raiser. I passed all three and got glowing feedback at every stage. What makes her different is how she works. She runs each session as a real mock, interrupts the way an interviewer would, and gives feedback straight after, specific and without softening it. She tells you when you're wrong, pushes back on advice you've picked up elsewhere if she thinks it will hurt you, and is equally honest when something is already good enough to leave alone. I came out of every session with fewer, sharper things to work on rather than a longer list. I'd recommend her to anyone preparing for product interviews at Revolut. Thanks so much, Virginia!

Interview Coaching
One session, and it changed how I approached the whole interview. I came in having read a lot of case prep content and was treating the case like an exam with correct steps. She spotted that in the first ten minutes and reframed it: this is a working session, the structure exists to help you solve the thing, not to be performed. That one shift did more than any framework I had memorised. The rest of the advice was equally direct, and she was honest about what was already working, which made the critical feedback easy to act on. I passed the Problem Solving interview at Revolut. Virginia's help is why. The interviewer was described to me afterwards as one of the stricter ones and the feedback was strong. Worth every minute.

Interview Coaching
Virginia helped me get a clear idea on how the interview will be structured and provided an in-depth feedback that I could work on.
