I actually worked at Revolut and I've spent years as a product executive in fintech. Most Revolut prep online is reverse-engineered from forums and second-hand reports. Mine comes from the standards and cultural bar I lived with inside Revolut, the McKinsey experienced-hire rigor from my consulting years, and real product leadership, so my coaching comes from the builder's seat, not theory.

Track record with my Revolut coachees for Strategy, Ops, Finance and Product roles:

  • Bar Raiser: 100% pass rate
  • Product Skills: 100% pass rate
  • Problem Solving: 80% pass rate
  • I also coach the other loop rounds (Team Fit, People Management, other Skills rounds)

Most of my Problem Solving coachees come back for the rest of the process once they pass their first round, because I'm the one coach who takes them through every stage from the inside, not just the case.

Revolut, the full process:

  • Problem Solving: structuring real business problems the way Revolut does, with the scalability and unit-economics lenses that actually get tested. No canned frameworks.
  • Product Skills: the Product Owner interview specifically. I've led product teams myself, so I coach you to move from strategy talk to real builder intuition, the exact shift this round tests.
  • Bar Raiser: calibrating your stories to the "Never Settle" bar so you clear the final round.
  • Final rounds: Team Fit, People Management/Hiring.

McKinsey, experienced-hire track:

  • Case interview tuned for lateral hires: the synthesis and "so what" expected of someone senior.
  • Personal Experience Interview: mapping your real history to what McKinsey scores on leadership and impact.

If you want prep from someone who's actually sat inside Revolut and McKinsey, not just read about them, let's talk.
