Private Equity Interviews
My interviews are designed for candidates looking to transition into Private Equity or similar M&A buy-side roles. My cases take the candidate through the entire spectrum of challenges that you go through when interviewing for a Private Equity house. These will test your business sense, investor mindset, quantitative ability, valuation skills, and overall approach to a PE investment opportunity. In each case, you will go through:
- Understanding of the business model of the Target
- Quantitative analysis of the market and the Target
- Detailing the Target P&L
- Valuation of the Target
- Defining the overall investment thesis
- Discussing risks and opportunities of the investment
Each session costs €149. You will be given detailed and actionable feedback on each session.
