How would you describe TKMC in three words?

In addition to Samara's answer, I would like to add my personal three words (or rather terms):

• Ambitious: Everyone of us wanted to work in consulting and knows about its high requirements, but also about its opportunities
• Down to earth: thyssenkrupp is a company mainly from the “Ruhrgebiet”. People are straight-forward and warm-hearted and so are TKMC consultants or they learn to love it quite fast :)
• Friends: We spend a lot of time together on projects but also besides them in internal events and after work. That's why many colleagues become really good friends.
