our Digital Competence Center is growing rapidly, fueled by a lot of diverse and exciting digital topics!
Currently, we have 42 consultants (incl. management team) and our projects range from overall strategic questions to concrete business model development, sometimes even with the support of implementation!
I'll just name a few examples:
- Developing digital visions and conducting transformation projects, e.g. with workshop and boot camp series, reorganization concepts
- Building up digital platforms, e.g. developing and supporting the implementation of a digital manufacturing platform
- End-to-end process digitalization, e.g. digitalizing a credit approval process end-to-end with the help of Artificial intelligence and robotics
- Developing new digital products, services and business models, e.g. developing digital customer interfaces incl. Go-Live for a client within the Financial Services industry, developing digital business cases for an international airport
- Creation of concepts and support at implementation of innovation labs & hub deployment
