Hi all, how yould you approach the question? What probing questions would you ask?
Hi Anonymous,
as a quick answer, you cannot approach this question as it is. You should first clarify what’s the goal of the client (increase revenues, decrease costs, improve time efficiency, launch new products, enter new markets, etc). After you know that, you can lay down an appropriate framework/approach accordingly.
