Hello everybody,
I have spoken to about 7 Bain consultants and every time I asked about the culture they uniformly say the culture is X or Y and it gives me energy.
Is this some lingo or frequent phrase they use internally at Bain?

Not sure quite why is matters, but yes, if they say it a lot, then it's a common phrase! Note that phrases/lingo does change across offices/countries.
For example, a common one at BCG is “don't boil the ocean”!

Consulting firms have their own lingo that evolves over time with various phrases. Happens when you spend long hours in the same room ;D

Not at Bain as a whole, but wouldn't surprise me if such a phrase would become frequent in a particular office.
Sounds like it's just a common phrase used internally in some Bain offices.
