I would do the product between the number of tourists in Dubai in a given year and the % of individuals who go to a hotel to have the number of tourists who usually book a hotel; then I would do the division between the number of tourists who prefer a hotel and the average capacity of a Hotel in Dubai

and how would you get the number of tourists? airport traffic?
