After interviews with the hiring managers, Head of Consulting, and Head of Integrated Solutions, the typical next steps are:
- If these are your final round interviews, the firm will usually debrief internally and then extend either an offer or a rejection
- In some cases, there may be a final HR/leadership alignment conversation focused more on compensation, motivation, and cultural fit
- If there are technical or case-style elements in the role, they may ask for a case study or business presentation before moving to offer
You are quite advanced in the process—expect either a final HR step or a decision shortly after these discussions.
