What type of questions should I expect in the video and Numerical assessment at OC&C?

Hello!
I’ve been invited to the online assessment for OC&C, which includes (1) a video assessment and (2) a numerical assessment. I’ve tried looking for samples online but haven’t been able to find anything helpful. Has anyone here completed the online assessment stage at OC&C, or do you know of good resources I can use to prepare? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Congrats on the invite!

Specifically on the numerical assessment, you can expect standard testing (chart interpretation, numerical reasoning, etc.) that you see across firms. There are lots of materials online, especially older tests like the former McKinsey PST.

You might also find this useful for your prep:

This wasn’t part of the process when I interviewed with them. That said, from everything I’ve seen and done elsewhere (e.g., SHL etc.), the numerical assessment is likely standard chart analysis + basic mental math under time pressure — think ratios, trends, % change, etc.

For prep, you can just use SHL-style numerical reasoning practice tests — there are tons of free and paid ones online, and the skillset is very transferable. No need to overthink it.

For the video part — probably light behavioural or motivation questions. If it’s automated, just stay structured and concise. Nothing new or exotic here, just another flavour of the same assessment toolkit.
