What tests do you have to take for pre-MBA programs?

Specifically talking about the URM programs for US offices. As far as I understand, it’s:

1. McK Inspire: Solve, unless you’ve already taken it in the last year.

2. BCG Empower: Pymetrics ( Casey not required)

3. Bain BASE: None (No SOVA required)

Additionally, as far as I understand, only Bain BASE will do one round of two case interviews, whereas the other two don’t.

Can anyone confirm if all this information is correct?

Directionally, it's correct.

But some firms change these often and they also differ from office to office that it's impossible to keep track.

Always reach out directly to the recruiter and have them walk you through the application process.

Then you know for sure and can be more targeted with your prep.

Best,
