I have an offer to join out of undergrad - I was wondering what sort of exit options there are, and whether a lateral transfer to MBB would be possible later on/post-MBA?

I have already graduated, and don't really want to put off starting a proper graduate job for much longer (currently working in a large international organisation, concluded it wasn't for me). Do you think it would be worth starting at Parthenon and applying to MBB when the associate/BA opportunities application season reopens (next autumn - this time I got to final round BCG and then was rejected)? I also made this unclear in my question - I don't necessarily want to move to MBB, but it is an option I'm considering - generally more interested in what the exit options are like at Parthenon!
What sort of exit opportunities are there from EY-Parthenon?

Hi,
Congrats for the offer! Yes, transer to MBB is possible, but if it's your current goal I recommend to spend an extra effort to try with all of them. MBA, Fortune500 and every client EY has are other common exit opportunities.
Best,
Antonello

Hello!
it is, but if it´s your goal, why not trying directly?
Now you know that you are good at casing and interviewing, leverage it! :)
Good luck! :)

Hi,
Very similar to any other consulting company:
- F500 companies - general manager roles, analytics, project management
- Tech - bizops, strategy
- Other consulting companies (incl MBB)
Best

I confirm what the other coaches are saying. Similar exit opportunities to MBB, and yes, a lateral transfer is possible.
