How are charts and exhibits shared in virtual interviews for MBB? Do they just share screen and show an image or send files across through zoom chat windows (in which case I can keep them and refer back to it if there are multiple exhibits)

It will be screen-shared and kept on the screen for as long as you need to analyze it and take notes. If you want to see it again or switch between different exhibits, you can ask the interviewer to go back and forth.

Yes, they share screen and it does tend to be 1 slide at a time. So, they may move forward, switch back and forth etc. You'll want to make sure you understand + note the key points of each slide, and also feel comfortable asking them to go back where required.
I highly recommend you practice this format with other people beforehand!

I agree with Ian, the interviewer will normally share the screen to prevent the case from circulating online.
If you need to refer back to a graph, you can ask the interviewer to show it again – there should be no problem with that.

In addition to what other coaches have said, dont be tempted to take screenshots/pics of the data shown. Not that you would, but just in case you get the urge :).
