I'm in interview process with a tier-2 firm. Could I use that to rush other firms to expedite my process at other Tier-2s and MBB or they wouldn't really care unless I already hold an offer?
My concern is I might not have much time to finish additional interview processes if I receive the offer from the firm that I'm currently interviewing with.

Hi,
I would not call it rushing, from the firm's side it is normal administration, because a large share of candidates are interviewing with several firms at the same time and coordinating interview timing is a basic function of any recruiting team; so yes, let them know.
Concretely, I would write that you expect to close your interview cycle with another firm around date X, and that you would like the chance to coordinate your interviews with them by that date as well.
One caveat: this is a lever on interview timing only. It does not move anything at the CV screening stage, so it works once you are already in the process.
