Would like to add that you should definitely also explore the off-cycle option. BCG and the industry in general are having a strong year in terms of growth, hence recruiting is firing on all cylinders.
This typically means that off-cycle opportunities are much more likely, as the firms often struggle to staff their projects adequately, and use such channels to strengthen the recruiting pipeline (for both full-time and internship roles).

I would reach out directly to HR (or the campus recruiter) to see if you can recruiter off-cycle.
It's worth a shot, even if you've likely missed your chance this year.
The deadline was the 17th of October at McKinsey UK. For Bain and BCG, the deadline seems to have passed as well.
You could try contacting someone from Recruiting and explain your situation. Good luck!
You should reach out to HR to try to find out if they can fit you in, in any way. You should also provide a good reason for missing the deadline.
Usually this is not a thing that you can do but like Pedro suggests reach out to HR with a good rationale to see if they can make an exception. The other (more foolproof way) is to have a partner reach out on your behalf.
