Upon joining you will be asked to sign a no second activity policy, which bounds your professional activity to the MBB only.
Very few exceptions are allowed, freelancing or formal contracts are not on the list.

For BCG that is not allowed. So imagine the same is true for other two.

Even if it was allowed, you likely won't have the mental bandwidth nor the control over your schedule to do this reliably. It's only when you reach more senior positions like AP/Partner where board memberships and non-profit contributions would be allowed, but EMs and below typically don't hold any other responsibilities.
