what is the main difference between turn around and restructuring consulting? (level of distress?)
What is expected from this activity as a consultant?

Bisher hat niemand auf diese Frage reagiert.
I don't believe there is a main differentiation between the two terms. They are widely used as synonyms in the industry!

I recently had an interview with one of the companies in that space.
For them,
turnaround = a campany might fail in 1-2 years because of operational underperformance
restructuring = time to a restructurring situation <=12 mth
