what is the best material to purchase for preparing for Solve, McKinsey's Game?

Hello everyone!

Could you please advise me on which resource and product is best to purchase for preparing for Solve, McKinsey's Game?

I've received an invitation to the game. I attempted it a year ago and failed, even though I prepared using materials from open free sources.

This time, I want to purchase resources, and I see various options (Francesco's PrepLounge and others).

What would you recommend?

I only had the opportunity to see Francesco's and I know of several other candidates that have used it successfully.

I also know of candidates who used the one from MConsultingPrep and were also happy with it.

Most likely, both would help.

Hey Zhan!

Any resource that actually simulates the game is really your best bet! Francesco's guide is a great one!

If you end up getting coaching then your coach should have content for you as well that you get for free/included (for example, I have recordings of every Imbellus game where I play the game live and talk through exactly how to win!)

I would recommend you try MConsultingPrep. I used their simulation and passed the test round.

The simulation is 95-99% similar to the real test. The cases there are also in various forms and they are equal and harder than the real test, so I think I was overprepared for the test. That makes the real test doesn't seem that hard to me.

Hi there,

Some good suggestions are already there but I want to stress one point which I think is important and it is great that you have decided to go down that route.

While there are some good free resources out there, they can never compete with a paid offering which is usually the result of months of creation, iteration, and constant updates.

I'd personally look into features, reviews, and pricing and then decide!
