Technical issue with website - I can't book mock interviews other than current data (I'm a paid account)

Hi all - it seems after the new year, some changes were made to the website.  Every time I click on booking a mock interview for the next day or later, the website would throw me back to my profile page.  Does anyone have a solution around fixing this?  I tried reaching out to the "help desk" but no one responds.  

 

Do note - I'm a paid user, so seems crazy they'd remove the ability to book interviews or than the day of.
