Anyobody knows what is the usual gross annual starting salary of McKinsey (or Bain, BCG) in Switzerland for someone with Master's degree (freshly graduated)?

assuming you would start as Fellow (entry level in DACH for Master's graduates), should usually be between CHF100-130k Base salary, from what I recall.

You can expect anything around 120K CHF as base and then you have the bonus on top (severance 10k every december + 5-15% EOY).
Glassdoor also has a few estimates if you want to triangulate the data.

That's a tough one because it depends on your degree/experience.
It's it's an MBA and you're joining as a Consultant level, you'll get double the entry-level.
If it's an “other” Master's but you have extensive work experience, then somewhere in between.
If it's a Masters and you did that straight after undergrad, you'll be very entry level (more in the 70-90 Euro range).
Ultimately, do make sure to negoatiate when/if you get an offer!
