Solution - Time savings on return not taken into account?

Am I overlooking something or is the potential time saving of the return process not taken in to account in this case's answer? After all, the new technology offers automated return in non opening hours, which means that there should be an additonal time saving that is not taken into account here?

Hello Stefan,

I completely agree with you. The only reason I could think of is that employer can handle the return process in the "free time", not creating a need to save time.
In case like this, raise the point to your interviewer and he will be happy to answer or to discuss with you about it.

Hope it helps,
Luca
