Should I re-submit my McK application?

Hi,

I accidentally made a mistake in my McKinsey application and submitted it without double-checking.

Is it ok to withdraw the application and re-submit?

Thanks for your help

The best way forward is to contact the HR. Most often than not, they will be co-operative and guide you with the best way forward. Also, if it's a campus placement, do check with you placement team if they can withdraw and resubmit your application. I would advise against resubmitting yourself.

All the best!

Hello,

What kind of mistake did you do? If you are sure that you can erase your application, go for it. Otherwise don't be afraid to contact the HR staff, they are there to help.

Best,
Luca

Hi Anonymous,

In any case please talk to HR and clarify - it's no issue at all, but just avoid any misunderstandings and grab your phone and contact them.

Hello!

It depends on the mistake. In any case, contacting HR and explaning the situation is the best course of action.

Hope it helps!
