scheduling interviews in preplounge

Question

Hi guys,

I tried in the last 2-3 days to find a practice partner in here, but most of the people do not reply to meeting inviations? Is that a common thing? Are there many inactive users? If yes, is there a way to filter those humans out?

Hi Ira,

Welcome to PrepLounge and thanks for asking your question on our Consulting Q&A!

The algorithm on the Candidate Listing takes into account the inactive users. This means that the candidates shown on the first few pages are members that are in any form active on PrepLounge. Looking at the number of Meetings they have conducted, will give you an indicator on whether they actively take case meetings, as well. There are approximately 2,000 users who complete meetings per week.

Nevertheless, the best way for you to find a case partner is by using the Meeting Board. You can:

either accept an open meeting on the Meeting Board
or add your own meeting proposal on the Meeting Board
