I want to understand the pay scales for in Mckinsey or middle east offices (Doha/KSA/Dubai/Auh etc.) for an associate level in Data Practice. What additional bonus/ financial benefits are included in this. Is it negotiable?
Also, does Middle east office pay in full for MBA programs? If yes, what is the criteria.
Are the benefits same as other global offices or they run independently

You will not find an accurate answer here because even if someone had those figures, which are very fluid and difficult to compile, they wouldn't share them publicly here.
As far as negotiating, however, you can and should always try to do this with a well balanced approach i.e. well argued and confident pushing on the one hand, and remaining likeable and friendly while managing expectations on the other hand.
For negotiation you can include relocation support, signing bonus, base salary, benefits e.g. car plan, target year end bonus, etc.

Pay scales it is advisable you talk to HR directly as these are confidential and change with time (due to factors such as inflation, demand etc.)
Middle East offices do sponsor associates/consultants to MBA programs depending on performance and tenure. You are required though to work for the firm for 2 years after program completion in case you take the sponsorship.

I agree with the other comments, you won´t get those numbers accurately anywhere, so I would recommend you to spend some time in google gathering data points, and triangulate later.
Regarding MBAs, they are sponsored, and it depends on your rating after your performance.
