Rio Tinto in-house consulting firm

Hi Ihssane,
First of all, congratulations on the (assumed) invitation from Rio Tinto in-house consulting!
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:
- First of all, while I haven't gone through the interview process for Rio Tinto in-house consulting, I would highly advise you to reach out to current consultants and ask them about it.
- Moreover, please rest assured that the recruiter will certainly inform you in detail about the interview process once you will be there.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen

Hi there,
- From what I read its a bit less structured than traditional case interviews. Still, the same skills would be needed to score well
- From a fit perspective, be prepared for the standard questions as well as situational questions (e.g., you find yourself in situation X, how would you react?).
- Reach out to current consultants about their experience. This is a great networking and discussion starter!
All the best,
Florian

I'd reach out to a few current employees if I were you to get a sense of how their interview went, how they prepared and what they wish they would've done differently.
At the same time, make sure you speak with the recruiter and get as much info as possible on the format of the interview. The more you know, the more tailored you can be with your prep.
Best,
Cristian

Glassdoor is also a good source for interview questions.
