Reply from partner - How to frame a email?

While networking I got the below-mentioned reply from the partner.

Thanks for reaching out. I’d like to connect you with XXX (cc’d), a recruiter who can help you.

Can anybody please tell me how should I reply to this?

Please don't do such a simple response as the other Q&As on this page! You need to show that you care and are professional! The recruiter rmay never answer if you just send a one-liner back.

"Hi [Partner Name] (Moving to bcc),

Thank you very much for the introduction.

[Recruiter Name], very nice to meet you. I am attaching my resume for your reference and I am xx person interested in xx role.

I would love to learn more about xx [e.g. application process] and appreciate any information/help you can provide in advance. Please do let me know if there is anything else I can provide you.

Something as simple as below where I would tailor the formality of your language based on your style and local culture.

"Dear Partner, thank you for taking the time to respond. I would greatly appreciate the connection. Best, Annonymous"

As Ian mentioned, your answer should show that you are interested. Make it clear, but extensive. Ask, if it is possible to have a call to discuss further details and your resume.
