I had a candidate with that same issue, and they replied within less than a week confirming the refund, so I guess it should be fast.

Please note that the credit card company is normally who's responsible for payments…refunds can take a while.

In all my time here I've never seen a payment issue with meetings (and at the very least never seen an issue unresolved).

They're normally quite prompt, so just be patient and they'll sort it out :)

• Second, please bear in mind that credit card companies normally need 1-2 weeks to refund money - not just for PrepLounge but for all purchases done.
