Case from top-tier firm -- how would you approach it?

Hello everyone, The following question was recently given to a case-buddy of mine in a first-round interview at one of the top-tier firms: “What is the value of superman? (as a fictional character)”. For my analysis I proposed the issue-tree below, which is close to what my buddy had proposed in his interview. However, the interviewer did not seem completely satisfied with this structure. How would you go about this case?

Value of superman: A) Financial value. Define value as accumulated profits generated from all revenue streams 1. Comics 2. Movies 3. Merchandise 4. Games 5. Derivatives

B) Non-financial value. 1. Social impact 2. Educational impact 3. Cultural impact

The fictional value of a superman may be also his value in a fictional universe. Thus his value will be the number of lives he saved / real estate and businesses he protected and crimes prevented

I think the main thing it was left out in the answer is the perpetuity of this cashflow streams and the optionality of sequels of movies, comics, etc...
