I am currently working as an MC analyst in the Risk vertical of Accenture Strategy & Consulting in India. It has been a little over 2 years, joined right after graduating from a tier-1 IIM. The projects have been good so far, with some travel to the ME as an experience. However, the promotion pipeline is saturated, so are the hike structures.
I currently hold an offer for the position of a Senior Consultant from Protiviti Risk & Compliance in the UAE region.
I do want to make the move however I am concerned as to the compromise on the brand name, as well as the current regional conflicts.
Any advice on how to navigate this would be very helpful.
