Hi everyone,
I recently received an invitation to the virtual assessment centre for the Strategy& Graduate Scheme in London, and I was hoping to get some advice from anyone who's been through the process.
This will be my first assessment centre, although I've previously had interviews with consulting firms in the Middle East.
In terms of preparation, I've completed over 30 practice cases, including around 15 live case interviews. Would you say that's sufficient preparation, or are there particular areas I should focus on?
I have three days left before the assessment centre, so I'd really appreciate any recommendations on what to prioritise.
I'm also curious about the format. Does it typically involve individual case interviews, group exercises, presentations, or competency-based interviews?
Any insights into the process or last-minute preparation tips would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
