PwC People & Organization case study

Hi all,

I am in the case study round for PwC. As I am applying for a change management role I was curious if anyone has some examples or ever had a case study on that specific topic?

Thanks for your help!

Hi there,

Congrats on approaching the interviews!

Unless told otherwise, you can expect to be given any type of candidate-led case, not only restricted to change management.

Feel free to reach out and I can share a couple of case books (for free, obvs).

Best,

Cristian

Hi there,

Yes I have a few cases + prompts on this! Feel free to reach out.

I also highly recommend you read PwC/McK/BCG white papers on change management.

Hi there,

PWC has numerous pieces and case studies available online about change management. I would recommend doing as much readings as possible to prep well, beyond the case studies preps.
