I've started working at a private credit firm (well-known in the PC industry but not sure about outside of it) after graduating. It's been about 3 months and am thinking about a pivot to consulting to get more operational experience. How should I go about the process of making the shift to MBB or other consulting companies? When should I apply, and how do I go about networking as an experienced hire candidate?
