Postponing Mckinsey Solve

Dear All,

I received an invitation to do mckinsey solve game latest this Saturday but in the middle of my mba exams, so I am stretched. How often do they accept postponement? I just want to postpone by a week. Also in the email I received when getting the game is a general email and I replied to that email asking for postponement but I got a reply saying it is not a monitored email. It was an internship position? And I just applied through the portal so am even confused who to contact for this issue? Thanks in advance

McKinsey will typically allow you to postpone, so no need to worry I believe. If there was no way of asking for postponement mentioned in the email, I would suggest to contact the office you are applying with - e.g., you could simply call reception, and ask for contact info (email) for recruiting. Then you can email them to ask for postponement.
