What do partner referrals look like? Do they as you to send in the resume or provide you with a referral link you can apply through? Or do they just say something along the lines of apply online and let me know once you submit an application?

Hey there,
Out of the options you listed, everything is possible.
- Link
- Email to HR
- Forward your email and documents to HR
- Screen your application documents, then ask you to include their name in the cover letter
Cheers,
Florian

Hi there,
It depends. Usually the options are the following:
- They agree to have a chat (more likely if you are an experienced hire with a profile interesting for their team)
- They forward your email to HR/another consultant and ask to talk with them or ask them to have a look to your profile
- They suggest to apply online and let them know
Best,
Francesco

Hi there,
It depends!
Some will ask for your resume and forward it to HR. Others will cc HR and tell you to speak with them. Others will get you a link and have you apply through it.

There are no ‘Partner referrals’. There are just referrals.
And how they are delivered differs more based on the office. Some offices have a referral platform, others just do it via email to HR.
Needless to say, a referral from a Partner matters more than one from a more junior person, so it brings a higher likelyhood of you passing screening.
Best,
Cristian
