Outside of MBB it will be Accenture , Deloitte, LEK, ZS Associates and some niche firms. Google search this..plenty of rankings & literature available on this.

all major strategy consulting firms also have a significant client base in the life science sector. To name a few firms with a specific focus on life science: LEK, IQVIA, ZS, ClearView, Putnam, Health Advances, Trinity

In addition, some of the big pharma and life science companies also have in-house consulting departments.
