Other than MBB, what are other well-known life science / health care consulting firms?

I would recommend to check the following companies:

• ZS Associates
• LEK
• IQVIA
• Clearview

As mentioned by Pedro, most Tier 2 companies also have a practice on that.

Several Tier 2 should have relevant practices, depending of course on the office. Roland Berger has a good practice (in German speaking countries), L.E.K (at least in London).

All the Big4 (EY, Delloite, PwC, KPMG) and Accenture also have life science and healthcare practices. 

Other than that you would have to look for boutique firms.

Completely agree with Pedro and Francesco.

LEK, Clearview, ZS Associates, Putnam Associates, Health Advances, Trinity Partners, IQVIA are some notable LS firms (IQVIA is considered a little lesser than the others).

EY-P LS practice is also growing, as are LS practices of other Big 4 strategy arms (S&, Accenture Strategy, Deloitte Monitor LS in that order)
