Could you please share with me any opinion on Sia Partners (UK) and Efficio (UK)?
Which of the two would you join in case you want to pursue a career in strategic consulting?

I honestly don't know much about either of these firms, however, if I were you I would figure out which of the following matters most to me, then investigate each company across the key factors (do so through googling, networking, and reddit/fishbowl/blink):
- Compensation
- Upward mobility
- Exit opps (incl. strategic consulting)
- Work itself (will you enjoy it)
- Culture
- Boss/team
Ultimately, be careful picking a company just because in a few years you might possibly be able to get into a role that you might possibly like.
Rather, pick the company/role where you think you will thrive. Enjoying your work/role/team/company etc. is the best way to do well in this world and rise professionally.

Both firms were founded at roughly the same year and yet Sia seems to have 3x the employees of the other.
Further, their focus seems to be completely different. Efficio seems focused on Procurement Consulting while Sia seems to be more driven towards Digital Transformation. While both are are relevant for a consulting career - the Digital track is more in fashion in today's day and age.
Besides this, you should check out on LinkedIn where are their alumni now. That might also give you a good insight into which one of them is a good choice for strategy consulting later on.
Efficio: I know a person that has been there for a long time and who I consider to be intellectually very strong and a great human being.
