Hi all, I have done my final round of interviews with BCG SEA for more than a month but has not received any updates thus far. Have sent several email to follow up with recruiter but no news. Anyone could give any advices on this? Thanks!
No response after 1 month interviewing with BCG SEA

Hi there,
Just to manage expectations, I would take this as a bad sign. However, you won't know until you get the official answer.
MBB are dealing with a substantial recruiting backlog and everything takes longer than usual. Could positive news be delayed by a month? Possibly, but chances are slim.
Since you already wrote a few messages to the recruiter/HR team without any response, there's really not much else you can do - other than writing this off and set eyes on the next goal! And who knows, maybe you'll get a big surprise after all…
Keep up the good work! Best of luck!

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that the waiting time was so long.
Indeed 1 month is a lot of time to hear back after a final and not normal.
I would call HR directly to ask for feedback. Unfortunately I don’t think you have leverage to do much more than that unless you have another offer to use to push things forward.
Good luck!
Francesco

Hey there,
If they have not replied for 1 month, chances appear slim. There are however other good consulting firms and other promising career options you can aspire towards. All the best
Thanks
Ashwin

Hi there,
To be honest, it's not great. Until you hear a no, it's not a no, but if they were truly interested you would have heard back sooner.
Remember, there are so many other great companies out there. Get networking + applying to other firms!
Consider hiring a coach next time around ($1k just to get a $160k job is a pretty obvious ROI), and read the following article on casing:

Hello!
Sorry to hear that, it´s extremely rare. I would call the central office of your country and ask to talk to them explaining the situation - they sit there.
best of luck!
Cheers,
Clara

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about this - the waiting time can certainly feel frustrating, and 1 month is longer than usual. The best thing to do would be to reach out to HR by phone or email, to get an official answer.
