I passed the PSG test 9 weeks ago and everything went well but still not receiving any feedback. My application status on the online McKinsey portal/dashboard is “Submitted - In Progress”.
What is the best way to get feedback?
In General, What response is faster the rejection or the acceptance?

I helped a few candidates recently who were in the same situation (mainly for applications in the Middle East).
It seems McKinsey is delaying the hiring process, probably due to uncertainty with their pipeline.
In terms of your questions:
1) What is the best way to get feedback?
I don’t think you can really accelerate the process. I helped a few candidates recently who got offers from another MBB and tried to leverage that to get a quicker response. They still didn’t manage to get the results after that.
2) What response is faster the rejection or the acceptance?
I don’t think there is a clear correlation between time and outcome for the Imbellus. It is more related to how they are managing the pipeline. I helped a candidate once who got a response after 2 months and he passed.

Are you part of a recruiting cohort/cycle where they need to process all applications first?
If not, this doesn't sound great (though it's not over until you receive final word).
I would email + call them directly. Ask if they have any updates (9 weeks if more than enough time!)
This is way beyond what is the typical response interval… I suggest reaching out to HR (try first email, if they don't reply in a couple of days, call them).

In case of delaying the hiring process for the job position, can this affect other alternatives like applying to other job positions?
Can i have the results of my PSG Test?
If I pass (succeed) the Test, Can this allow me to be eligible for other opportunities?
(1) In theory you cannot apply for other positions of the same type if you are already in pipeline for one in one company. You may apply at other companies though
(2) They usually don’t give the full results (just pass / no pass), although I know a limited number of cases where HR shared the score
(3) Not sure if I understood the question. If you pass the test you are going to be eligible for the position you applied to

I've tried to contact them by this email mckinsey_recruiting at mckinsey.com and I got an automatic reply stating that this is not the right channel to get feedback.
I also sent an inquiry via the contact us page 2 weeks ago without response https://www.mckinsey.com/middle-east/contact-us
Are there any other alternatives to reach them?
