Nice case with a couple of missed analysis

Good case. It has everything- Business situation, calculations, break even, Graph based insights.

Just think a couple of insights could be added as we say for “brownie points” - In diagram A or 1 Sale of hybrid cars is growing at a faster pace than electric. I guess this point could be added as this was asked in the initial stage of the case.

Secondly, I didn't see we talked about govt. subsidy for 150KW segment. Even while calculating distribution & Online cost.

Thanks,

Arun

Hi Arun,

I agree!

In general, most cases can have additional “brownie points”. It is, however, impossible to predict/write down them all so it is the interviewer's job to notice creativity and next-level thinking.

There will always be “more” to a case and no 2 candidates ever solve it the same way! Creativity is just that, your own “unique” addition to the analysis of a situation.
