Next round kearney

I have completed the two first-round interviews with Kearney Spain and received positive feedback from both interviewers. The HR representative has now reached out, mentioning that they’ve already gathered the feedback from the first round and asking for my availability this week to schedule a call.

Would you say this is generally a positive, negative, or neutral sign?

Hi there,

First of all, congratulations on the progress in the application process with Kearney thus far!

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • First of all, and contrary to what other coaches have said, this is simply the recruiter scheduling the feedback call.
  • Moreover, if you had a positive feeling during the interview and received positive feedback from your interviewers, there is a good chance you will proceed to the final interview round. However, I would advise you to wait and see what happens.

You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming Kearney final-round interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best

It's hard to say with certainty, but it's likely to be a good sign!

Let me know if you want to do some practice before the final round.

It's rather positive.

If they have collected the feedback, and the feedback was clearly a no, then they wouldn't continue the process.

It would be worth asking them what the feedback was, explaining that you'd want to work on it and improve before the next round.

Best,
Cristian

Hi there,

Difficult to say to be honest, let’s hope for the best. Do not stop preparing as if it is a positive feedback, the R2 will come soon. Also, remember to ask for the feedback of interviewers to address any gap until next meetings.

Fingers crossed!

Best,

Mari

Hi,

If the HR representative is asking for your availabilities, it seems a good sign you passed to the next round.

I have secured an offer at Kearney, let me know if you would like to practice 1 real case together.

Good luck with your preparations.

Sounds like good news is on the way!

I'd recommend hiring a coach to really solidify your chances and work through any weak areas. You'd probably only need 2 sessions.

Good luck and happy to chat :)

This may be negative. If you were going to the next round they would just ask your availability to schedule the next round, not a call.

It was positive at the end! :)
