Hi everyone, I’m trying to get a consultant position at monitor deloitte. I did a case study interview with a manager today which went really well and I was told instantly that I’d progress to the next stage.
The next steps are a case study interview with a director and then a final partner interview. Is there anything different that I should expect for the next case study/interview?

Be prepared for anything, the 2nd round is more off-rules! There is also more emphasis in the FIT part usually.

That's great news! Nothing “different” to expect, but you should also be ready for anything. Hard to explain…but just be flexible/adaptable.

Will be the usual case study. Remember, Deloitte cases are not like MBB! In some cases, they give a written case exercise. So unless HR has mentioned this, prepare for a standard candidate driven case.
Make sure to read up recent big bets and hot topics- AI, ML, Sustainability, Data Analytics etc and weave these into your case solution as relevant.
