Mercer's Consultant Progression

Question

Hi everyone, it doesn't seem like there's much info on Mercer's HR consulting hierarchy/ ranks on open source. Does anybody know if what I've listed below is accurate based on what I've tried to piece together from different sources?

Analyst (fresh grad entry point)

Associate (MBA entry point) - Also leads projects and engagement with clients. Seems like a manager in the big 4 consulting firms.

Consultant - Oversees a few projects and provides direction/ guidance on project scope. Also focusing on BD functions.

Associate Principal

Principal

Partner

To my knowledge, Mercer does not provide strategy consulting services, but instead focuses on HR topics. So I am not sure this is the right place to find that kind of information.
