Yup 100% there is! All 3 firms have extensive programs to help consultants find exit opportunities!
Yes McKinsey has an extensive search time policy. The time you get depends on how much time you have been with the firm and you get access to all alumni resourced to help with the next steps in your career.

Regarding “search time”, it should be similar in other firms. Bain and BCG offer search time.
Yes, I believe this is standard (just comes under different names) at MBB and other top firms.
