I have my first interview tomorrow (1 of 2 the other is on Tuesday, First Round). What would be the best way to get ready for it?

"typically 3-4 weeks of preparation" you mean full time (8h per day) or 3-4 weeks with about 2-3 hours per day?

There is absolutely no way you can prepare in one day, so the best advice is:
- Reschedule if you are not prepared
- Have a good rest if you are prepared

If you are asking this question now, it may be too late to prepare as one needs typically 3-4 weeks of preparation prior to the interviews. You can check with HR if you can postpone by at least several weeks so that you can be better prepared.
In terms of how to prepare, there is quite a lot of great inputs provided by experts on this platform. You can try to do a quick search on the platform for the answers.
